Coming together as a team at least once a year and celebrating shared achievements is important both for strengthening a company’s internal culture and for developing its employer brand.

This is something Lido knows well. Together, we wrapped up January with a grand New Year’s party at the Tallinn Cruise Terminal. Long-serving employees were congratulated, and colleagues enjoyed each other’s company alongside great food and an engaging program.

The appreciation gala was followed by a parody revue by the Showstoppers troupe, where the stage featured characters such as Tommy Cash, Käärijä, Cher, Raffaella Carrà, Modern Talking, Vengaboys, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, and many more. Later, the crowd was kept dancing by the band Pretty Fly. The evening was hosted by Artjom Savitski.
