An awesome event. The whole concept with synchronized with transportation and party location was unexpected and memorable.
How did we do it?
Planning Hektor Light 25 anniversary event was detailed and exciting challenge. From the start creating the concept, the preparation of invitations, registration and getting everyone on the right train and to the party location had to have a detailed plan.
The train ride to Narva and the celebration at the final stop. It was full of surprises and people were dancing until the train arrived back in Tallinn.
