This active and well thought through event made everybody feel good and part of a team.
How did we do it?
Big military day was set up to Roosta Puhkekeskus. This venue is one of the best places to organize and event like this. People where put into teams. Group activities in tough conditions show team dynamics and it is a good way to put coworkers solve problems in different ways. Stormy weather on that summer day made the event even more memorable. In the evening Tanja with her band made people dancing that all their painful muscles got relaxed.
